Hustle Clean began in 2016 with one van, one truck-mount extractor and a simple rule: quote honestly, arrive on time, and leave the place better than the customer expected. That rule has not changed.
Today we run a small team of certified technicians across Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. We stayed deliberately small — every technician is directly trained and directly accountable, so the person cleaning your living room is someone we would send to our own home.
We use low-moisture hot-water extraction because it lifts more soil and dries in 2–4 hours instead of two days. We use green, non-toxic solutions because kids and pets live on these floors. And we quote a flat price up front because nobody enjoys being upsold on their own doorstep.
