How much do you charge for carpet cleaning?

We charge a flat $49 per room (up to 250 sq. ft.). Stairs are $4 per step and hallways start at $25 depending on length. Pet-odor enzyme treatment is $22 per room. A minimum work order applies — see our full price list.

Will the price I'm quoted change on arrival?

Can you remove most stains from my carpet?

Most common stains — food, drink, dirt and pet accidents — come out completely with our commercial-grade equipment. Some older or dye-based stains may be permanent, but we'll always tell you honestly what to expect.

When will the carpet be dry and ready to use?

Our low-moisture extraction means carpets are typically dry within 2–4 hours — much faster than traditional steam cleaning.

Are your cleaning solutions safe for kids & pets?
